The fully automatic FIBC filling machine manufactured by EMDE Automation protects operators from the harsh working environment of filling powder and granular materials into FIBC bags. It automatically recognizes and grabs the lifting belt of the FIBC using optical sensors, automatically sets it to the filling device, and customizes the entire process from automatic filling of the powder and granular materials to automatic bundling at the inlet. The operator's tasks are limited to loading pallets and FIBCs into the magazine and removing filled FIBCs. It is capable of filling up to 40 bags per hour.
